Shaftesbury Hall Reception

There is on-site staff available to help from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. They are there to help you with any enquiries, collecting big items of post and letting you know the best place to get a takeaway from.

Importantly, they’re also the place you can go to if you lock yourself out or lose your keys. If you find yourself locked out and it is outside of the reception opening hours, call the Student Warden on 07734 192 678 and they’ll help you access your flat/room.

If you need something fixing or looking at in your flat or bedroom, you can also go down to reception and the staff will book a repair for you. They’re dealt with in an agreed schedule of priorities, but rest assured, the problem will be solved quickly, conveniently and efficiently.
