Frenchay Campus’ newest accommodation is a modern and vibrant place to call home. It is built to the highest sustainability standard with Passivhaus technology, helping UWE Bristol to address the issues of climate change and achieve our aim to have net-zero greenhouse emissions by 2030.

Purdown View is made up of flats ranging from four occupants sharing a flat to eight occupants per flat. There are also 29 premium studio apartments as well.

Residents share an open plan kitchen and living area
Study bedrooms are ensuite or shared between two residents. Bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin.
All accommodation is self-catering

Study bedrooms are single occupancy. Electricity, water and ASk4 internet services are included as part of the rent.
