While we put the finishing touches to Purdown View...

All post and parcels, including letters, will be collected from our Customer Service desk in 2N02. We'll email everyone in Purdown View more information about letterboxes once the work is complete.

Our 2N02 Customer Service desk will be open from 08:00-18:45 every day. Find us by heading up the E block staircase in the courtyard with Gregg's and Morrisons; we are on the first floor, opposite OneZone. Bring your student ID card with you so we can find your parcel quickly.

We will email you when your parcel is ready for collection. Ignore any messages from courier companies saying your parcel is delivered - that just means it has arrived at UWE for processing.

Remember to come and see us every week or so to check if you have received any letters.
