Visit the Student Life Hub on your browser, tap 
in the menu bar scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.
Android
Visit the Student Life Hub on your browser, tap on the Menu button (the three dots) in the upper right corner, from here select the Add to Home screen option.
