On Saturday, 1st March, UWE students geared up for an action-packed paintball showdown at Delta Force Paintball—and it was nothing short of epic! From the moment the teams suited up, excitement and competitive energy filled the air.

Round 1: ‘Counter Strike’ – A Battle to Remember

Divided into Team Purple and Team Orange, players went head-to-head in the first game, ‘Counter Strike’. The objective? Eliminate as many opponents as possible! Both teams came out strong, dodging paintballs, taking cover, and strategizing their attacks. The battle was so intense that neither side could claim victory—ending in a thrilling draw!

Round 2: ‘Save the Flag’ – The Ultimate Showdown

The final match, ‘Save the Flag’, transported players into an adrenaline-pumping Hunger Games-style battleground deep in the woods. Right from the start, Team Purple dominated, securing the flag within minutes and holding their ground until the very end. Their fierce defense led them to a glorious victory!

From fast-paced action to hilarious moments of friendly fire, this paintball event was truly one for the books! Students loved every second—from strategising with teammates to celebrating hard-fought victories. It was a perfect mix of competition, teamwork, and pure fun.
