You can find out the day your contract ends by searching for the Licence Agreement that Accommodation Services sent you before you moved in.
If you live on Frenchay campus, the car picking you up will need to call into East Reception first. They will be given a barrier code to get onto site. For safety purposes, Security will not give out barrier codes over the telephone.
If you live on Glenside campus, you should be able to drive straight onto site.
For Frenchay residents, you can hand them back to Customer Services in N Block or Cotswold Court, or pop them into the dropbox in each Student Village pavilion building as well as in Wallscourt Park (by the Student Life Lounge/common room and by the Wallscourt Park Hub).
There are also four boxes in Purdown View: ground floor of Student Life Lounge, by the post boxes, in block 2 and 8's laundry lounges.
For the Hollies or Glenside, post it through the letterbox of 1H29 or into the dropbox by the Glenside flat mailboxes next to Car Park 4.
We expect you to return your bedroom, bathroom and flat in the same condition you received it.
It's your responsibility to clean your bedroom and ensuite, as well as do your fair share of the cleaning in the communal areas. If you share a bathroom, split that task equally too.
If extra cleaning or damage needs to be repaired, you may be charged.
Accommodation Services only have enough room to hold post for current residents. If this does happen, please email Customer Services as soon as possible to arrange collection, either by yourself or a friend. We cannot hold it over the summer or forward it on. If you do not collect your parcel by the requested date, it will be donated to UWE's Sustainability store for re-use.
Still have a question? Email Accommodation Services and someone will help you.
