Answering all your most asked questions
You must move out by midday (12:00) on the final day of your contract.

You can find out the day your contract ends by searching for the Licence Agreement that Accommodation Services sent you before you moved in.

If you live on Frenchay campus, the car picking you up will need to call into East Reception first. They will be given a barrier code to get onto site. For safety purposes, Security will not give out barrier codes over the telephone.

If you live on Glenside campus, you should be able to drive straight onto site.

For Frenchay residents, you can hand them back to Customer Services in 2N02 or pop them into the boxes at the Cotswold Court Pavilion and in Wallscourt Park (by the Student Life Lounge/common room).

At Glenside, post it through the letterbox of 1H29.

Yes, as long as they are collected from your flat/house. We've made an Offsite Storage guide to help you.

We expect you to return your bedroom, bathroom and flat in the same condition you received it.

It's your responsibility to clean your bedroom and ensuite, as well as do your fair share of the cleaning in the communal areas. If you share a bathroom, split that task equally too.

If extra cleaning or damage needs to be repaired, you may be charged.

You will have already received this back as a deduction from your first rent instalment.
Accommodation Services only have enough room to hold post for current residents. If this does happen, please email Customer Services as soon as possible to arrange collection. We cannot hold it over the summer or forward it on. If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to sender or donated to charity.
No, you'll need to do this via MYUWE.
