Have you seen our new Healthy Behaviours campaign?

We want to highlight small achievable things you can build into your daily lives and make habits of that will benefit your mental and physical health.  We know that our students lead busy lives: between your course, assessments, societies, socialising, part time hobs and commuting - its easy to let things like sleep, fuelling yourself, exercise and staying connected fall off the priority list. 

We want to give you a place to start and a way to reach out when you need some extra support.
