Welcome to your new community!

Wallscourt Park is made up of townhouses and flats, giving you a great community feel! There are loads of outdoor spaces for you to get out and about in a short distance, such as taking a walk to the famous Yellow Castle in Stoke Park, or going for brunch at the Boston Tea Party in Cheswick Village.

Getting to know your new home

You'll find a range of benefits that come with living in Wallscourt, such as:

  • En-suite, studio, or shared bathroom
  • Gym membership
  • Outdoor space
  • Lift access in some blocks
  • 42 week contract

Your room includes:

  • All rooms vary in size, but all will include a small double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bookshelves, desk, chair, and mirror
  • En-suites include your own shower room, and a Studio will have an en-suite and kitchenette

The shared facilities are the perfect opportunity for you to get to know your flat/housemates!

  • You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, bins, cupboards and an ironing board
  • Wallscourt has a lovely cosy living area with table, chairs, sofas and a TV for you to sit down for dinner with your flatmates and watch a movie or series- don't forget a TV License, though!
  • Laundry, bike storage and internet, oh my!
  • Wallscourt also has a common room with a study space and a pool table- perfect for a games night or study session with your flatmates!

Tips

  • You will need to bring your own crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, BUT, make sure you discuss with your housemates on who is bringing what- you don't want to end up with 8 air fryers in one flat!
  • Don't forget that parking is not available, so now would be a good time to get to know Bristol's public transport systems or even start to take up bike riding!
