With freebies for students

The Sustainability HUB in 1D015 on Frenchay Campus re-opens from Wednesday 11th September, and during Move-in Week, it will open extra days from Wednesday 11 September until Sunday 15th September to allow students and staff access to essential items.

It operates on a swap model where you can donated items and get tokens to 'spend'.  If you don't have an item to swap, the Hub accept card payments and you can 'pay as you feel'

Move-in Week - freebies for students

As a Move-in Week special offer, the Hub is offering two free items per student (from 11 – 15 September, while stocks last) and duvets in good, clean condition ready for reuse at only £3 each.

Please share the above information across your student networks to encourage as many students to use the Hub as possible. Start of term is a time when students buy a lot of new household items, so it's a great opportunity to help them save money, buy pre-loved rather new, and act on sustainability.

The Hub is open to staff (donate items in exchange for tokens, or pay-as-you-feel), but the “two free items” offer is limited to UWE Bristol students.

Normal term time opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10.00 - 15.00
