Our award-winning Big Band is back!

Join our lively big band for weekly rehearsals on Frenchay Campus. Open to students, staff and community members, the band welcomes confident and enthusiastic instrumentalists who enjoy playing jazz, swing, funk and contemporary big band repertoire.

Whether you're looking to develop your musicianship, meet fellow musicians or simply enjoy making music together, we'd love to have you join us.

Big Band starts Monday 28 September 2026

Every Monday 19:00-21:00

Room 2E027, E Block, Frenchay Campus.

How to take part

This event is free for Centre for Music student and staff members and is a 2-hour session.

After you join you will be sent a link to our booking system to book rooms, tasters, mini-courses and workshops all taking place at the Farmhouse, Frenchay Campus.
