Student Life are hosting our big end‑of‑year send‑off, and if the weather holds, we’ll be heading outdoors by the amphitheatre 🌤️.
From 4pm the BBQ will be fired up, serving delicious beefburgers and hotdogs 🍔🌭. We’ll have a DJ bringing the music and summer vibes 🎶😎, plus a whole range of outdoor games if you fancy getting involved 🏸⚽🎯.Everyone’s invited — just make sure you book your place if you’d like food!

To be eligible for booking you must be registered as a student in the current academic year, 1 ticket per student.
UWE Student Life reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including if the event is weather dependent. If you cannot attend an event, please let us know within 48 hours before the event.
We operate a waiting list, your ticket can be passed onto another student. Failure to let us know will incur students who do not attend being charged the cost of the unused ticket. Please note bookings are non-transferable and only for use by the named person on the ticket.
Student Life undertake comprehensive risk assessments for all our events and we will review these alongside our policies on a regular basis.
