Where to collect your post and parcels

Letters

While we get the post boxes up and running in Purdown View, all post, including letters and small parcels, will be delivered to 2N02. Please come and see us regularly to see if there is anything waiting for you.

Parcels

Any other parcels will be delivered to our Accommodation Customer Service desk in 2N02. It will be open from 11:00-18:45 Monday to Friday, and 11:00-17:45 on Saturdays and Sundays. Find us by heading up the E block staircase in the courtyard with Gregg's and Morrisons; we are on the first floor, opposite OneZone. Bring your student ID card with you so we can find your parcel quickly.

We will email you when your parcel is ready for collection. Ignore any messages from courier companies saying your parcel is delivered - that  just means it has arrived at UWE for processing.

Items we are unable to accept

There are a few items that we cannot accept:

·       Large, heavy boxes weighing more than 15kg that cannot be lifted or moved (televisions, bicycles, weights)

·       Perishable/food items (this includes food subscription boxes like Hello Fresh and bulk orders of food goods)

·       Illegal substances

·       Expensive items

Accommodation Services are unable to accept any responsibility for parcels not delivered. If your parcel is missing, you must contact the courier company directly.

Tip

Make sure your post is correctly addressed. This will make sure it finds you as quickly as possible. Your address format should be:
