Charlotte
I’m Charlotte and I’m a Customer Service Team Leader, responsible for managing our Customer Service desks within Accommodation. I have become an EDI champion, as I want to have a greater understanding of EDI and to act as a role model to others and also because of the encouragement of my 13-year-old daughter! My team and I look forward to supporting you on your UWE journey.
