Your accommodation team will support you the best they can during your time at UWE.

That's why you will meet and speak to lots of people whilst you're living in accommodation who are available to support you:

• Campus Support Officers provide night services and patrol the accommodation between 19:00-07:00. They will deal with emergency situations and emergency services if you need them. They will also provide you with assistance if you have any problems within these later hours.
• Accommodation Customer Services team are based in Frenchay N-Block, Monday to Friday (11:00-18:45, but phone lines are open from 09:00) and Saturday to Sunday (11:00-17:45). They are your first point of contact for urgent issues, maintenance, general enquiries and post-collection. You can contact Accommodation Services for assistance on 0117 328 3061.
• Accommodation Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of your accommodation. They work seven days a week until our Campus Support team start their shift. You can contact them via the Customer Services team.
• The Admin Team deal with allocating new students, dealing with general enquiries and assisting students who need help with their licence agreement.
• The cleaning & maintenance staff work hard to ensure your accommodation is kept clean and in good repair. The cleaning staff are responsible for all areas outside of your flats including all communal stairs and laundries. Students are responsible for the cleaning inside of their flats or house and Accommodation Services provide you with a cleaning pack to get you started. If you have any specific maintenance items needed to visit your accommodation they will leave a calling card to let you know they have visited.
• The Wellbeing Service is there to support you with your mental health and personal development. They provide counselling services to all students at UWE. You need to register with them online to use their services or contact them on 0117 32 86268.
