Have your voice!

You are invited to take part in a UWE-funded research project conducted by Godfred Adu-Sarfo under the supervision of Professor Chad Staddon and Dr Yvette Morey on links between domestic water and energy usage and well-being. The study explores how domestic infrastructures influence the water and energy use decisions made by students (i.e. consumers) and the links between these decisions and perceived well-being.

To participate in this study, you will be asked to complete an online survey that will take approximately 10 minutes via an online platform (i.e. Qualtrics). The survey includes questions about water and energy facilities in student accommodations, students’ perceptions of the quality of water and energy infrastructure/facilities in their accommodation, their water and energy use behaviours, and their experiences with water and energy infrastructure/facilities in their accommodation.

Your responses may contribute to a better understanding of how infrastructures influence the water and energy use decisions made by students and the links between these decisions and perceived well-being in their places of accommodation. This can help inform policy by UWE accommodation services and sustainability team to improve students’ well-being.

As a thank you for your time, participants who complete and submit the survey qualify to be entered into a draw for a chance of winning a £25 shopping voucher/gift card.
