Come join our monthly Autism Support Group, a warm, welcoming, and informal space where you can connect with others, share experiences, and just be yourself. Whether you're looking for support, friendship, or simply a relaxed environment to unwind, this group is here for you.

We meet once a month and offer a calm, inclusive atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to participate as much or as little as they’d like. No pressure — just good conversation, mutual understanding, and a chance to build community.
